You can find Ema Partners International at 1043 Iffco Colony in Sector 17B, Gurgaon. It’s a residential area mostly, so it doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the massive Gurgaon tech hubs. We like it that way. The office is inside the colony, which means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We spend our mornings checking emails and catching up on whatever happened overnight. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and old equipment lying around in the corners. We aren't really into the whole modern office design thing. We just have sturdy tables and chairs that have been here since we started. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk during lunch if it isn't too dusty outside. We handle stuff for partners, so sometimes the hours are a bit strange, but we make it work. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes we order food from the local market when nobody feels like bringing lunch. It's a pretty normal way to spend the day. We don't have any big speeches or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done at Sector 17B, and go home. It’s a steady routine that suits us just fine.
