Elements

Elements is located within the DSOI Complex over in Palam Vihar. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to the rest of Gurgaon, which we quite like. The complex has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. Our space isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We have some basic furniture and a few plants that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them. Most of our work involves sitting at the computers and handling various requests that come in. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. The light in the afternoons is quite nice through the front windows. We take turns making coffee in the small pantry at the back. It’s a relaxed environment, and we don't really go for that high-pressure office vibe. We know the security guards at the gate and the people who work in the other units nearby. Palam Vihar is a nice neighborhood to be based in because it feels a bit more established and less chaotic. We just focus on getting our daily tasks done without making a big fuss about it. There’s always some paperwork to file or a phone call to return, and that’s basically what our day looks like.
