Our place is House No 742 in Saraswati Vihar. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood in Gurgaon, which is nice because it keeps the noise down while we’re trying to work. We converted part of the house into an office for our research services. It’s got a very local, comfortable feel to it. You won't find any glass elevators or marble lobbies here. We mostly sit around the main table or at the smaller desks we’ve squeezed into the rooms. We spend the day looking into different companies and people, trying to gather the right details for our clients. It’s a lot of focused work. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s already dark outside. The kitchen is always stocked with biscuits and tea because that’s what keeps us going through the afternoon slump. We’ve been in this part of Gurgaon for quite some time, and we like the community here. The people who work here live nearby, so nobody has to deal with a massive commute. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who are good at finding information. We handle the research, print out what’s needed, and move on to the next task. It’s straightforward work, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed but productive every day. We don't need much more than a good computer and a quiet room to get things finished.
