We operate out of Mayfield Gardens in Sector 51 of Gurgaon. Our specific spot is N 107 Today Villa. Gurgaon is a busy place with a lot of traffic, which is ironic since we spend a lot of time thinking about fleets and how vehicles move around. The office is located in a residential-style area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. Haryana 122003 is the area we call home. Most of our day is spent on the phone or tracking things on screens. It’s not glamorous work. We’re just trying to make sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. It's more of a workspace where everyone is busy with their own tasks. Mayfield Gardens is a nice enough place to be based, away from the worst of the city noise. We’ve got our computers set up and we just keep at it. Whether it's sorting out routes or dealing with drivers, it's just a lot of logistics and common sense. We don't use a lot of industry jargon here; we just talk about what needs to happen to get the job finished. It’s a practical business run by regular people who know the Gurgaon roads well. Some days the phones never stop ringing, but we just take one call at a time and try to keep things moving as smoothly as the local traffic allows.
