Our shop is at Shop No 2 in the Dagar Market in Kadipur. It’s a busy little market where everyone knows everyone else. We spend our days dealing with phones and all the small gadgets people use. The shop is small, so we have to be careful not to trip over things. We’ve got shelves lining the walls with different cases and chargers. Sometimes the stock gets a bit disorganized when we’re busy, but we clean it up eventually. We’ve been here for a few years now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up, sweep the front, and wait for the first customer. A lot of people come in with phones that have been dropped in water or have cracked screens. We do what we can. Sometimes we can't fix it, and we just tell them that. We don't have any fancy marketing. People just see the sign when they're at the market getting their groceries. We have a small radio that stays on most of the day, playing old songs. It keeps the atmosphere nice. The neighbor at the tea shop brings us over a cup every morning and afternoon. It’s just a regular local business trying to make a living. We don't try to be anything else. We just like being part of the Kadipur community. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast.
