You can find us in Gurgaon, over in Rajiv Nagar. We are at H1554 3 on Street Number 6, just off New Mata Road. It’s a busy area and the roads can be a bit bumpy around here. We work as consultants, which basically means we spend our day on the phone or typing out things on the computer. The office is just a couple of rooms in a residential-style building. It feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have a small balcony where we go to take a break and watch the traffic go by on New Mata Road. It’s quite loud with all the horns honking. We don’t have any fancy carpets or glass partitions. It is just desks, chairs, and a lot of notebooks. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We’ve been in Rajiv Nagar for a while now, so we know where to get the best samosas for the afternoon. Our clients are usually people from the neighborhood or small business owners from nearby. We don’t do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how most people find Street Number 6. It’s a simple way to run things. We keep our files in those big plastic folders and try to keep track of everything as it comes in. It’s just us doing our bit in Gurgaon.
