Working out of Plot No 4, S 53 in DLF Phase 3 has its own rhythm. Gurgaon is always changing, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. Our spot here is tucked away and we like it that way. Dimensions Consulting isn't one of those massive firms with a glass lobby. We just have a regular office where we sit down and handle the daily tasks. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the Gurgaon traffic, but once you’re inside, it is quiet enough to think. We have a small pantry where someone is usually making coffee or heating up lunch. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers because we haven't gone fully digital yet. It feels more real that way. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit over the last few years. There are more lunch spots now than there used to be, which is nice for a change of scenery. Sometimes we go out for a walk in the afternoon if things get too stagnant. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people who know us just heard about us from someone else. It is a very practical setup for us. We focus on the work and try to stay out of the corporate drama you find in the bigger office parks. It's just us, doing our thing, day in and day out.
