We are Dhingra Catering Services and you can find us at number 588 in Udyog Vihar Phase 1, near Shankar Chowk. It is a very busy industrial and commercial area, so things are always moving fast around here. Our kitchen is the heart of the whole operation. We start very early in the morning when the sun is barely up to get the food ready. We cater to offices, factories, and private events too. The area around Shankar Chowk is always packed with traffic, so we have to plan our delivery routes very carefully. We have been in this spot for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We focus on making food that tastes like it was made at home. We do not use fancy garnishes or expensive plating; we just focus on the flavor and making sure there is enough for everyone. Our staff is local and we have all been working together for a long time. There is no corporate ladder here, just people who know how to cook and serve. We do not have a big marketing department. Usually, someone tries our food at an event and then calls us for their own. We handle the big pots and the heavy crates every day. It is hard on the back but it feels good when the plates come back empty. We just try to do a solid job and keep our customers coming back.
