Being in Sector 21 of Gurgaon is quite different from the flashy parts of the city. Our office is at House Number 1167, and it is a pretty quiet street most of the time. We have been here long enough that the neighbors recognize us when we come in for the day. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit more like home than a cold office space. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our computers and files. Sometimes we sit out on the small porch during lunch breaks. The 122016 pin code area is easy enough to navigate, though the traffic on the main road can be a headache in the evenings. We do not have big signs or anything. It is just a house where we handle our business daily. The walls inside could probably use a new coat of paint, but they are fine for now. We have some plants near the window that one of the staff members waters every other day. It is a simple place where we focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks. There is no cafeteria here, so we usually just bring tiffin from home or order from the local place down the road. It feels real and honest, just working out of a regular house in a regular neighborhood. We don't worry about being fancy. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home.
