Our place is in Gurgaon, over in Sector 56 at Devendar Vihar. It’s a residential-style setup at G 3040, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a huge glass tower. We are part of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited, but this specific office feels more like a local hub. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the monsoon rains hit hard. We spend our time working on various projects for the company. It involves a lot of reading and checking details over and over. It can be repetitive, but someone has to do it. The office is usually quiet, except when we’re all debating where to order lunch from. We don't have a cafeteria, so we rely on the local spots. There are plants on some of the desks, and the windows look out onto the neighborhood. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like we're changing the world. We’re just an office helping businesses stay on track. If things get busy, we might stay a bit late, but mostly we stick to our regular hours. It’s an honest day's work in a part of Gurgaon that feels a bit more like home than the corporate parks. We just do our best to stay organized and keep everything moving along as it should without any big fuss.
