It is always noisy here around the time the morning bell rings in Subhash Nagar. Being a school, there is never really a quiet moment until late in the afternoon. Parents come by often for meetings or just to drop off a forgotten lunchbox. We don't try to look like those high-tech offices; it’s a school with chalk dust and desks. The staff here is mostly local, people who have been living in Gurgaon and know the area well. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the kids stay busy with their books and activities. It is a lot of work keeping a school running smoothly every day, but we just take it one morning at a time. Nothing too complicated about it, just a place for learning in the middle of a busy town. Every day brings something new, whether it is a small problem or a big success that makes the work worth it.
