Finding us at Udyog Vihar Phase I isn't too hard if you know the Gurgaon roads well enough. Dcpl has been set up here for some time now. This area is always buzzing with people and cars, which can be a bit much on Monday mornings. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got what we need to work, and we don't really bother with much else. It’s an industrial area, so there’s a lot of activity happening around us all the time. Sometimes the power cuts out for a second, but we just get back to it. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Most of the staff comes in from different parts of Haryana, so there’s a lot of talk about the commute. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. The air here is usually thick with the sounds of the city, but inside the office, we keep things pretty calm. We decided to stay in Phase I because it’s convenient for getting things delivered. It’s not a shiny new glass tower, just a regular place where we show up and do what needs doing. We know the neighbors, and we know which food stalls are worth visiting. That’s pretty much the gist of it. We are just a small team trying to keep things steady. No big slogans or anything, just Dcpl in Gurgaon doing our best to stay organized and get through the week.
