Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd Noida

It’s a bit funny because the name says Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd Noida, but we are actually located over in Chakkarpur in Gurgaon. We’ve been at 1169 Maruti Vihar Colony for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s quieter than being right in the middle of a big industrial zone. Our office is part of the colony life, really. You see kids playing outside and neighbors walking their dogs while we’re inside working. The space we have is simple and functional. We don't have any of those modern office features like bean bags or fancy coffee machines. We just have a kettle and some biscuits in the drawer. Dealing with the logistics from this side of town can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but we manage. Most of us have been working here together for a long time, so we know how everyone likes their work done. We don't really bother with big corporate speeches or missions. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home before the evening rush becomes too much. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning which is nice. We keep the files in some old metal cabinets that squeak every time you open them. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place to work. Nothing too special about it, but it gets the job done for us and the company.
