Our office is in Flat 403 at the Bancourt Apartments, which is in Sector 43 of Gurgaon. It’s a residential building, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads around here. We like it that way because it makes it easier for people to focus. The lift is a bit slow sometimes, so we usually tell people to give themselves a few extra minutes. When you come inside, it’s just a regular apartment turned into a workspace for Dale Carnegie Training India. We have some tables set up and a lot of books around. My desk is usually covered in papers and half-finished coffee cups. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails from people all over the country. It’s not one of those shiny Cyber Hub offices with glass walls. It’s a place where we actually work. Some days are long, especially when we have sessions running late into the evening. We keep some snacks in the kitchen and the AC is always running because Gurgaon gets so dusty and hot in the summer. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the security guards at the gate know us well. It’s just a practical spot for us to run the programs. We don't put on any acts here. It is just us doing the job and helping people get better at their own work in 122002.
