Dainik Bhaskar Group Of Publications

Our office is located at D-224 in Sushant Lok, Phase 1 in Gurgaon. It is a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we actually like. We handle a lot of the publication work for the Dainik Bhaskar Group from this building. It is not a skyscraper; it is just a normal property that we have converted into an office space. Inside, you will find a lot of people sitting at computers, typing away or looking at page layouts. There is always a lot of talk about deadlines and news stories. It can get pretty intense when a publication date is approaching, but we are used to that. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a map. Most of us have been here for a long time and we know how the routine goes. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to stay alert during the long shifts. The parking outside can be a bit of a headache, so we usually tell people to come early if they are visiting. We are not big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We just focus on getting the work printed and sent out to the readers. It is a very straightforward way of working. We are just a team of editors and staff members who take the work seriously but don't feel the need to be formal about it.
