Cushman Wakefield

You can find us over at 112 Amitesh Nagar, in Scheme 59. This is where Cushman Wakefield is based for this part of the country. It’s a bit of a bridge between Indore and Bhopal, and we end up doing work in both places quite a bit. Amitesh Nagar is a relatively quiet area compared to the city centers, which we actually prefer. Our office is at number 112, and it’s a straightforward setup. We have our workspace, a small area for meetings, and not much else. We didn't see the point in spending a lot of money on decorations or fancy carpets. We just needed a place where we could sit down and focus on the real estate market and our clients. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels very grounded. We often see the same people walking their dogs or heading to the shops while we’re coming into work. It makes the office feel like part of the community. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest firm. We just want to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the day. Sometimes the internet is slow or it gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we manage. It’s a very human place to work. We have our coffee, we do our tasks, and we try to keep things simple. It’s just a normal office in a normal neighborhood. We just work hard.
