Corporate Executive Board

We’re based in a single room, number 404, at Cedar Estate. It’s on Plot 90 in Sector 54, Gurgaon. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but it’s what we have for Corporate Executive Board right now. Sector 54 is a busy area, but Cedar Estate is a bit tucked away which is nice. The room is just big enough for our computers and a small table for meetings. We don’t have a lot of space for extra stuff, so we have to keep things pretty organized. It’s a very basic setup. There are no fancy light fixtures or plush carpets here. Just tiled floors and standard office chairs. Most days it is just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We like that it’s straightforward. You don’t get lost trying to find us. Just come to the fourth floor and look for 404. The building has decent security and the common areas are kept clean enough. We spend most of our time staring at screens, so we don't need much else. Being in Sector 54 means we are close to the metro, which is a lifesaver for most of the staff. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just need a roof over our heads and a good internet connection to get our work done. It serves the purpose for what we do every day.
