Corporate Executive Board

You can find us at 38 Sunder Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a nice part of town, but our office is pretty much like any other workspace inside. We’ve got the usual stuff like desks, some bookshelves that are mostly full of old manuals, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. Working for Corporate Executive Board keeps us busy most days. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. People come in wearing whatever is comfortable and we just get to work. The building itself is older, so it has some character, like doors that squeak and floors that aren't perfectly level. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking on the phone with people. Sunder Nagar is usually peaceful, but the parking is a nightmare if you don't have a spot inside the gate. We usually just order some food from the nearby shops when we are working late. It feels more like a home than a strict office sometimes because we’ve been here so long. We know the local guys who deliver the water and the postman knows exactly where to leave our stuff. It’s an honest way to spend the day, just getting through the to-do list and making sure everything is in order. We don't have any fancy brochures or big mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes taped up near the window. It is a simple place.
