Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for elevators that always seem to be broken elsewhere. This part of Gurgaon is always moving. There’s construction somewhere nearby almost every month. Our space is functional and mostly filled with computers and old chairs. We’ve got a small area for files that's getting a bit out of hand lately. It's a busy atmosphere here. Most of the staff comes in from different parts of the city, so mornings are usually spent talking about the traffic on the way in. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of people. It’s a smaller team where everyone knows each other’s business. We eat lunch together sometimes when things aren't too frantic. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are some plants in the corner that someone forgets to water, and plenty of pens that never seem to work when you need one. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of research we have to do. It’s a decent place to spend the day. DLF Phase IV is a good area with plenty of places to grab a snack. We’re just a regular bunch of folks working here.
