Copal Partners

We’ve been running Copal Partners out of H N 534 in Sector 5 for a while now. It’s a pretty standard spot in Gurgaon, right in the middle of everything. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of rooms with some desks and computers where we get our work done. Most days, it’s just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We get our tea from the guy down the street, and that's usually the highlight of the afternoon when things get a bit slow. Gurgaon can be quite noisy with all the traffic, but inside here, it’s mostly quiet. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. It’s easy to find once you know where Sector 5 is. People sometimes get lost looking for house numbers in this area because the layout is a bit confusing, but we've lived with it long enough that it feels like home. There are always some files stacked up on the corner table that we mean to organize but never quite get around to. It’s just how we work. Nothing is perfect, and we don’t try to act like it is. We just show up every morning, unlock the gate, and start the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to just sit and talk. It's a decent place to spend the day.
