We operate out of house number 619 in Sector 8, right here in Faridabad. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we actually quite like. Our setup is simple and functional, located in a part of Haryana that we’ve grown very familiar with over the years. Most of our work happens inside these walls, where we handle various service tasks and keep track of our daily assignments. It’s not a big corporate building with a security guard at the front; it’s more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. We spend our hours on computers and phones, making sure everything is running the way it should. The summer heat in Faridabad can be pretty intense, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are running and there’s enough water for everyone. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. Instead, we just have a lot of calendars and notes pinned up to remind us of what needs to happen next. Being in Sector 8 means we are close to the local markets, so we often head out for a quick lunch or to pick up some supplies. It’s a very normal, low-key way to run a business. We just focus on putting in the hours and getting the job finished properly every day. Sometimes the days feel long, but we just keep at it until the work is done.
