Our spot is in House No 1105, Tower 2 of Valley View Estate on the Faridabad Road. Gurgaon can be a pretty intense place to work, but being out on this road feels a little different than the main city centers. We’ve got a view of the hills if the weather is clear, which isn't always the case. The office at Convergys is located inside this residential estate complex, so it’s a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We still have to deal with the Gurgaon heat and the commute, which can be a real pain if you’re coming from the Delhi side. Inside Tower 2, things are pretty straightforward. We’ve set up our equipment and we just get on with it. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, which helps when we need to focus. We don't have any flashy signage or a big front desk. Most of the people here have been working together for a long time, so we know each other's habits and how the coffee machine likes to act up. It’s a practical way to work without the stress of the bigger business parks. We spend our days here, eat our lunches together, and then head out before the traffic gets truly terrible. It’s a simple setup in a decent part of Gurgaon, and it suits the way we like to do things.
