Convergys

We operate out of Malviya Nagar in Delhi. It is a lively area with lots of markets and people everywhere. Our office for Convergys is tucked away in one of the lanes here. It can be a bit of a maze if you're new to the area, but we like the energy of the place. There’s always something happening right outside the door. We started here because the location seemed practical for everyone. Inside, it’s just a regular setup with computers and some desks. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. We just get straight to the work. The fans hum all day, and we usually have the windows shut to keep the Delhi dust out. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We know the guy who sells fruit at the end of the street and the local shop owners. Being in Malviya Nagar means we are close to everything we need. If something breaks, we find someone nearby to fix it. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings about missions. We just check what needs to be done each morning and then we do it. It’s a very direct way of working. We’ve grown fond of this little corner of the city. It’s where we feel at home while we’re working.
