We are based out of C 404 in the Shubham Apartments, which is in Sector 22 of Dwarka, New Delhi. It’s on Plot 13. Working out of an apartment complex gives the place a different feel than a glass tower. Convergys Pvt Ltd India is the name on our paperwork. Dwarka is a big residential hub, so it's a bit quieter around our building compared to the main city center. Our office is basically a few rooms converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable enough and has a kitchen where we make our own coffee. We handle various service tasks from this location. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the walls about being the best. We just have our computers and our phone lines. Most of us live in the Dwarka area, so the commute is actually quite nice. We just show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without any of the extra corporate polish. We might not have a big lobby, but we have a good group of people who know how to work together. It’s a solid little setup.
