Connectiva Systems I Pvt Ltd is set up in Sector 10 A of Gurgaon, at house number 167. Gurgaon is always changing and there is construction everywhere, but our little corner in Sector 10 A stays mostly the same. Being in Haryana means it gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the cooling are working right. The office is a practical space. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area where we keep the records. We do systems work, which means a lot of technical troubleshooting and checking data. It isn't always exciting but it is what we know how to do. The team is local for the most part, so we don't have to worry about long commutes from other states. We usually start early to beat the worst of the Delhi Gurgaon traffic. The building itself is just a standard structure, nothing that stands out from the rest of the street. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures, so we just tell people where we are and what we do if they ask. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it keeps things from getting too complicated for everyone involved in the day-to-day operations. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the technical tasks that come our way. It is a quiet place to work most of the time.
