Connect Placements

We are based out of Mr. N L Yadav’s house, which is number 162 on Street Number 6 in Rajivnagar, just off New Mata Road in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is a very residential part of town, quite far away from all those big glass office towers you see elsewhere. Connect Placements is a small operation. We use one of the front rooms as our main working area. It is very simple inside, just some basic desks, a couple of computers, and a whole lot of paper resumes. People come by looking for different kinds of work, and we do our best to help them find something. The street outside can get a bit dusty when the wind blows, and there are always local dogs running around. It has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. We do not have a fancy lobby or a professional coffee machine. We usually just offer people a glass of cold water when they come in to talk. Since the office is in a house, it feels much more personal than a standard workplace. We know most of the people who live on this street by their first names. Sometimes we find ourselves working late into the evening when the files start to pile up. It is hard work, but it keeps us very busy. We do not put on any airs here or try to act like a big corporation. We are just regular people trying to help workers find jobs.
