Compact Disc India Ltd is based out of Gurgaon, specifically at P3 23 in DLF Phase II. Being in Haryana, right near the Delhi border, means things are always moving fast around here. Our office is in a well-known area, but we keep things pretty low-key inside. Even though the name mentions discs, we’ve had to adapt as things change in the world over the last several years. The office has been our home base for quite some time, and it’s filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—computers, old files, and a lot of half-empty coffee mugs. We aren't a big flashy firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a group of people who have been working together in DLF Phase II for years. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first arrived, with more tall buildings going up every month. We just keep doing our thing regardless of the construction noise or the traffic outside. We don't have a marketing department or a PR team writing fancy stuff for us. We just handle our business and talk to our clients directly. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-task or on a call, but we’re always around to answer a question or two. We just focus on the work that needs to be done today.
