Columbia Asia Hospital is where we are, located at 290A in Sector 22 of Gurgaon. This isn't a quiet office; it’s a hospital, so there is always something happening at all hours. The building itself is set up to handle a lot of people every day. Sector 22 is a busy part of Gurgaon, so there’s always noise from the street and people arriving at the entrance. Inside, it’s a mix of clinical smells and the sound of machines or people talking. We don't spend our time on marketing or trying to look fancy; we are just focused on the day-to-day reality of running a healthcare facility. There are nurses, doctors, and administrative staff all trying to keep things organized. It can be stressful when the waiting rooms are full, but that’s just how it is. We have a canteen where we grab quick meals, and that’s usually the only time we get a bit of a break. The goal is just to keep the hospital running as it should.
