Our office is over at 767 14 in Gurgaon. This area has changed a lot over the years with all the new construction, but our little corner feels a bit more established. We are Citifinancial India. The office isn't part of one of those massive glass skyscrapers you see in the newer parts of Gurgaon. Instead, it is a more traditional building. Inside, it is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and the usual office equipment. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, and it seems like there is always something that needs to be filed or signed. The commute into Gurgaon can be a real headache with the traffic on the highway, so we are all pretty happy once we actually get into the office and settle down. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to break the silence. It is a small group of us here, and we have worked together for a while, so we have a good rhythm. People from the nearby residential blocks often stop by with questions. We try to give them clear answers without using a bunch of confusing jargon. It is just a straightforward place to work. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in, and we are right there at our desks. It is honest work, and we just try to keep things moving along as best we can every day.
