Citibank

The office is right here in Sector 4, Gurgaon, at Hno 1460 in the Urban Estate area. It's a busy spot, and we spend most of our mornings getting the paperwork sorted before people start coming in. Living and working in Haryana, you get used to the pace of things changing around the neighborhood. We handle a lot of the usual stuff you’d expect from a bank like Citibank. Most of the time, it's just about sitting down with someone and figuring out where their money needs to go or why a card isn't working. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up during breaks because the office gets a bit quiet sometimes. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks and computers where we try to keep things organized. We've been at this location for a while now, and the locals know us by sight. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, but we manage to get the jobs done by the end of the day. People come in with all sorts of questions about their accounts, and we just do what we can to explain things clearly. It’s mostly regular office work, keeping track of records and making sure the files are where they should be. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that, just a functional space for the daily grind in Sector 4. It’s simple work but keeps us on our toes throughout the week.
