We’ve been running Cigma Events Pvt. Ltd. out of our space in Saruv Vihar for some time now. You can find us at C-96-97 in Jaitpur, which is a busy part of Delhi. It’s not a huge office, just a practical place where we keep our files and meet people to discuss their plans. Most days, it’s just us drinking chai and making lists of what needs to be moved where. Planning an event in Delhi involves a lot of traffic and timing, so we spend a lot of time checking maps. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like handling the small details that people often forget. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and things get a bit messy around here. That’s just part of it. If you walk by Saruv Vihar, you’ll see our door. We do everything from small family things to bigger gatherings. It’s mostly just making sure things show up when they are supposed to. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is just notes on a pad. It works for us. Living and working in Jaitpur means we know the area well. We’ve had some long nights making sure everything is ready for the next morning. It’s honest work. We don't have a big sales team, just a few of us trying to make things go right for our neighbors and clients. It can be stressful, but we just take it one day at a time.
