We’re located over in Andheri West, right near the Lotus Petrol Pump in the Bake Bihari Society. If you know Mumbai at all, you know how busy this area stays. There is a lot of movement all day long with people and cars everywhere. We deal with property and real estate stuff from this small office. It’s a simple space, nothing too grand, but it works for what we do every day. People often drop in to ask about flats or shops in the neighborhood. We’ve got a few desks and some files scattered around. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in movies with glass walls. We just talk to people, show them what’s available on the market, and try to help them figure things out. The tea stall nearby is where we spend most of our breaks when things get a bit too hectic. Being near the petrol pump makes it very easy for people to find us, which helps a lot. We’ve been in this society for quite a bit now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the paperwork to worry much about that right now. It’s just a local office handling local business for the people around here. We don't have a big marketing team, just us answering the phones and meeting with folks who want to buy or rent. It’s a decent place to work, even if the noise never stops.
