Our office for the Cbm Exploration And Production Project is tucked away in Ridgewood Estate. Being in Dlf Phase Iv means Gurgaon is always buzzing around us, but this specific spot in II C145 is actually pretty quiet most of the time. We moved in here because it seemed like a good central place for the team to meet up. It’s not some massive industrial warehouse or anything, just a functional space where we handle the project details. Sometimes the traffic in Haryana can be a real headache, especially during the rainy season, but we usually make it in on time. We’ve got a couple of desks set up and plenty of maps and files laying around. It's definitely not a place meant for showing off to visitors. We mostly just focus on the task at hand and keep our heads down. The neighbors in the estate are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which actually makes the long days a bit easier to handle. We make our own tea and usually eat lunch together at the main table. There’s a lot to do with the exploration side of things, so we’re often busy until late. It's just a regular workplace for people who care about what they're doing. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that out front.
