Career Track Inc

We’ve been here in Old DLF for a while now, specifically at C 23 in Sector 14. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon, but we’ve gotten used to the noise and the way the traffic picks up in the afternoons. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a few desks and some filing cabinets where we keep track of everything. We started Career Track Inc because we saw a lot of people struggling to figure out their next move, and we figured we could help out just by being practical about it. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through paperwork. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine that does anything special. Usually, we just grab tea from the stall down the road. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it means we actually know what’s going on with everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams when we're in a hurry, but we manage to get things done. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to local businesses about who they need. It isn't glamorous work, but it fills the day and keeps us busy. People find us mostly by word of mouth or by spotting the sign when they’re stuck in traffic outside. We just show up every morning and try to make sense of the job market for whoever needs a hand. It’s not a high-tech setup, but it works for what we do and it keeps the lights on.
