This is where we run Buddies Hr Solutions, right here at house number 918 in Patel Nagar, Gurgaon. It's a regular residential street, so it's not like those big glass towers you see over in Cyber City. Abhishek Yadav is the one who handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff. We mostly spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone about potential jobs. It’s a bit cramped with all the files sometimes, but we get the work done. Living and working in the same area means we know the neighborhood well. People around here know where to find us if they need help with their career path. We aren't doing anything fancy or complicated. It's just about finding where a person fits best. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot of interviews to coordinate for different clients. We try to keep things simple and not use too much of that corporate talk that nobody really likes anyway. The office is just a part of the house, which makes it easy to start early in the morning. Gurgaon has so many people looking for work, so there's always something to do. We just keep our heads down and try to help as many people as we can every single week. It’s a steady rhythm and we like it that way even when it gets a bit noisy outside with the neighbors.
