Bhawna Enterprises

Bhawna Enterprises is based in the heart of Mangolpuri. If you have ever been to this area, you know it is always packed with people and there is a lot of trading going on. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. It is a practical space filled with boxes and inventory that we supply to people in the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy layout or air conditioning, so it gets pretty warm during the summer months. Most of our day is spent unloading deliveries or helping customers find what they need. We still use a lot of paper ledgers and notebooks to keep track of things because our old computer is a bit slow. It is a very hands-on business and we are usually covered in dust by the end of the shift. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just local people serving other local people in Mangolpuri. The streets around here are narrow and always busy, making it a challenge to move goods, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We know many of our customers by name since they have been buying from us for a long time. It’s a simple, hardworking life where we focus on getting the orders right and keeping the shelves stocked. We don't have a big marketing plan, we just rely on being here every day for our customers.
