Bhartiyam World

Bhartiyam World is located in Sector 14, right on the Old Delhi Road at 58 / 95. It’s a busy stretch of road, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. Our shop isn't anything elaborate, just a place where we keep our stock and talk to customers. We have a bit of everything here, mostly things people need for their daily lives or their homes. You can hear the cars honking outside all day long, which is just part of being on the Old Delhi Road. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, though we usually have the radio on in the background. We aren't big on fancy decorations or lighting. We prefer to keep things where we can find them. Often, someone from the neighborhood pops in just to see what’s new or to pick up something they forgot earlier. It’s a steady kind of business. My brother and I usually take turns at the front. We have a small desk and a couple of chairs for anyone who needs to sit for a minute while we wrap things up. It gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once because the space is narrow. But we manage just fine. We’ve lived in this part of town forever, so we know the shortcuts and the local gossip. It’s just a normal shop run by people who live nearby.
