We’ve been based out of B 92 Oakwood Estate for quite some time now. It’s a pretty busy corner of Gurgaon, and most days we are just buried in paperwork or dealing with technical stuff for the local residents. The office isn't flashy, but it works for us. Haryana gets really hot in the summer, so we’re grateful the AC usually holds up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens to make sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes the internet acts up and people come in looking frustrated, which is understandable. We just try to sort it out as fast as we can without much fuss. There are a few of us working here, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The 122002 zip code keeps us on our toes because there are always new buildings going up. It’s mostly just routine work—checking connections, updating accounts, and making sure the signal is strong. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and help out the people who walk through the door. It’s a steady job in a fast-paced city. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stalls nearby and talk about anything other than work. We’ve been at this address long enough that most people know where to find us if they need something fixed.
