This particular Bharti Airtel office is located inside the San Marino Apartment complex, specifically at unit 1103 in Sector 45 of Gurgaon. It’s not your typical storefront that you might see on a main road with big glass windows. We are set up within the residential block which makes it a bit different for us. Sector 45 is a growing area and there are always new people moving in and out, which keeps the energy high. Being in an apartment building means we see a lot of our neighbors going about their day. It’s a smaller setup than the big headquarters, but we still handle plenty of work here. The office is basically just a modified living space with desks, computers, and a few filing cabinets. Gurgaon can be a very busy and loud city with all the construction and cars, but inside San Marino, it stays relatively calm. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic like a mall store would. Most of our work is done over the phone or through the computer, managing accounts and helping people stay connected. It’s a practical way to operate without the high costs of a retail space. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized despite the papers that seem to grow on every surface. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the delivery guys get lost finding the unit, but that’s just part of living and working in a big building. We like it here because it’s convenient.
