We are located at House Number 1262 in Sector 45 of Gurgaon. It’s a standard house on a regular street, which makes the office feel more like a home than a business. We’ve been here in the 122002 area for some time, just helping people with their connectivity issues. Gurgaon is always changing with new roads and buildings, so our work is never really finished. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or out on the porch talking to technicians. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear suits or use fancy titles. We just try to get the internet working for the families and small offices nearby. Sometimes the rain causes issues with the lines, and we spend all day trying to track down where the break is. It’s honest, tiring work. We have a small table for guests and a cupboard full of spare parts. Most days are spent checking account details or helping someone set up their router for the first time. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just work through the list of things to fix and try to be as helpful as we can to the people in Sector 45. It’s just a normal day at a normal job for us. We like the quiet of this street compared to the main city center. It suits us just fine.
