Bestech Group -Gurgaon is located at Ganpati Heights, specifically in unit Ug-6. We are right near the main bus stand in Gurgaon, which means it’s always hectic outside with people rushing around. Our office is where we handle the day-to-day business side of our projects. It’s a practical space with desks, some blueprints rolled up in the corners, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't the type to have a flashy lobby with a fountain; we just have a small area where people can sit while they wait to talk to us. Most of the time we’re busy on the phone or looking over plans for the different buildings and sites we manage around the city. Gurgaon is growing so fast that there’s always something new to deal with, whether it’s a permit or a maintenance issue. We spend a good chunk of our day dealing with the usual office stuff like emails and meetings, but we also have to get out to the sites to see how things are moving along. The traffic around the bus stand can be a nightmare, so we’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant honking. We’re just a local team trying to keep up with the pace of Haryana’s real estate world. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets stressful, but we’ve been here long enough to know how to handle the ups and downs of this specific industry.
