Bengal Catering

We run Bengal Catering from LTC-504B in the Levannam Society. It’s right in Sushant Lok Phase 1. This isn't a huge company with offices and receptionists. It’s just a few of us who know how to cook. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things. Our kitchen gets pretty loud and busy around lunchtime. We do a lot of traditional dishes, the kind you don’t always find in the big restaurants. People in the society know us well by now. We don’t spend money on flyers or ads. Usually, someone just tells their neighbor about us. That’s how we get most of our work in Gurgaon. The traffic around here can be a real pain, so we try to plan our deliveries carefully. It’s hard work standing over big pots all day, but we’re used to it. We keep our workspace clean and just focus on the food. Sometimes we try out new recipes, but mostly we stick to what people ask for. There’s no big mission here. We just want to make sure the food tastes right and arrives on time. It’s a simple life and we like being part of the neighborhood in Phase 1. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Gurgaon over the years, but our way of working is still pretty much the same as when we started.
