Even though the name might mention Gurgaon, we are actually operating down here in Bangalore. We are located at Bangalore 98. It is a bit of a funny mix-up with the name sometimes, but we know where we are. The office here is focused on the technical side of things, mostly engineering support and project controls. It is a lot of sitting in front of monitors and talking to teams in other parts of the world. Bangalore is a tech city, so we fit in pretty well, even if our office isn't as flashy as some of the software companies nearby. We have a decent group of people here. Everyone is pretty much focused on their own slice of the project. It is a quiet environment for the most part, unless we are hitting a big deadline. Then things get a bit more frantic and the noise levels go up. We do not go in for fancy titles or complicated office politics. We just want to get the engineering right. The office is functional, with everything we need and nothing we do not. We take our tea breaks together when we can. We deal with the usual Bangalore issues like the terrible commute and the sudden rain, but we make it into the office anyway. It is a straightforward place to work. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just do the job and head home when it is done.
