Barclays Shared Services

We are based in Gurgaon, specifically at H.No-1323 in Sector 17-C. It’s a typical Gurgaon address, a bit deep into the sector. This isn't one of those massive glass towers you see on the highway. It’s a bit more low-key than that. We handle various shared services here, which basically means a lot of paperwork and computer work for the company. The area is quite settled, not like the newer parts of the city that are still under construction. We have our routine here. People come in, do their shifts, and head home. The office has what we need—desks, computers, and a place to have tea. It’s a practical space. Sector 17-C is a decent place to be located. There are shops and places to eat nearby. We don't really do anything flashy. It’s all about getting through the daily tasks and making sure the records are kept straight. Sometimes the traffic in Gurgaon can be a real headache, so getting here in the morning takes some patience. But once you’re inside, it’s just a regular office environment. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the sector. It’s just where we do our work at Barclays Shared Services. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the heads down and get through the spreadsheets. It’s quiet work but it’s what we do every day. Sometimes the rain in Gurgaon makes the sector roads a bit muddy, but we've seen it all before. We just come in, do our thing, and go home to our families.
