You can find us on the ground floor over at Old Railway Road. We’re tucked in near the Old Dhobi Ghat and not too far from the Canera Bank in Subash Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We’ve been running Bansal Agencies from this spot for a long time. The office is usually piled high with paperwork and samples, and there’s always a tea cup sitting somewhere on a desk. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just basic supplies that people need for their own businesses. It’s a small team here, just a few of us making sure orders go out and things arrive on time. The traffic outside on the road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a reliable one where you can get a straight answer. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when deliveries show up all at once, but we manage. We’ve known most of our neighbors for years. It’s that kind of place where people stop by to chat for a minute before moving on. We keep our doors open and just try to stay organized, even when the phone won't stop ringing. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. Nothing too complicated, just keeping the agency moving. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different requests, but we find a way to make it work eventually.
