You can find us at T34 B2 on the ground floor in Khirki Ext, right near Malviya Nagar. Being on the ground floor is great because people can just walk right in from the street. Malviya Nagar is a very busy part of New Delhi, and Khirki Ext has its own unique character. Our office for Aviva Life Insurance is small but it gets the job done. We have some desks pushed against the walls to make more room in the middle. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from the road. We deal with insurance all day, which means a lot of checking IDs and looking at bank statements. It’s not the most exciting work, but it is important for the families who come to see us. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. Most of our clients are people from the nearby blocks. We know which ones like to talk and which ones just want to sign and leave. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights. Just a small board outside so people know they are in the right place. We spend a lot of time on the computer, making sure all the data is synced up. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here in the office.
