You will see a lot of technical drawings spread out on the tables and people arguing over welding specs. It is a mix of engineering and business. Gurgaon is a fast place, always something new being built outside our window. We try to keep up with our own work without getting too caught up in the corporate madness. Our team is a bunch of engineers and office staff who have worked together for a long time. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the latest projects. The office isn't perfectly silent; there is usually someone on a call or the sound of a printer going off. We handle a lot of heavy-duty equipment stuff, even if we are sitting in a glass building. It’s a bit of a contrast. We don't go for big speeches or fancy mottos. We just look at the requirements and see how the systems can be put together. It is hard work but it is honest. We just show up, do the drawings, handle the meetings, and go home when the work is finished.
