Atkearney India Pvt Ltd. 2H 114 NIT Faridabad. Our office is located in the NIT area of Faridabad. It’s a very practical location for us. The building isn't new, and it shows some wear and tear, but it works for what we need. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of fans and keyboards clicking. We are a branch that handles specific parts of the business. It’s not the main headquarters, so it feels more like a local shop. We have a small tea break in the afternoon which is the highlight of the day. The street outside can get quite congested with rickshaws and motorbikes. We’ve learned to time our arrivals and departures to avoid the worst of it. The office is a bit cluttered with old files and boxes, but we know where everything is. We don't go for the high-end office furniture. We use what we have until it breaks. It’s an unpretentious place to work. We get along well, and there’s not much hierarchy. We just handle the assignments that come our way from the higher-ups. It’s a steady routine. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a good number of years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us. It’s just home for our work. We keep our heads down and stay busy until it's time to head home.
