Being in a mall is a bit different for a tech company, but it works for us. We get a lot of foot traffic and people popping in to ask questions about their gadgets or software. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stay organized to keep all our tools and computers in order. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and working on different tech projects. Sohna Road has plenty of places to eat, which is a bonus during our lunch breaks. The atmosphere in Raheja Mall is usually quite lively, especially in the evenings. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our customers are just people who were walking by or locals who heard about Shop 146. We try to keep our prices fair and our explanations simple. No one likes to be confused by technical talk. We just want to get the job done and make sure the person is happy when they leave.
