Our shop is tucked away in Bhargava Palace, at unit 103/3. It’s a commercial building so you have to walk through the corridors to find us, but once you do, you’ll see we have quite a bit going on. We mainly handle mobile phones and all the things that go with them. It might be a small space, but we’ve managed to fit in a repair desk and enough shelves for all the accessories. Most of our day is spent looking at small circuit boards or trying to explain to someone why their phone won't connect to the internet. Being inside a complex like Bhargava Palace means we get a mix of office workers from the building and people who have come specifically to find a repair shop. It can get a bit stuffy in here during the summer afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps the air moving. We aren't a big franchise with matching uniforms or anything like that. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working on devices and talking to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we have to wait a couple of days for a part to arrive, and we just keep the customer’s phone tucked away in a drawer until it’s ready. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We don't have a lot of fancy signs, just the work we do every day. People find us by word of mouth.
